When you claim a square, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, designation, bio, photo URL, logo URL, website, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, state, city, industry, and Ambassador ID (if any). When you sign in, we may also collect your email address and profile details from your chosen sign-in provider.

We use your information to: display your founder profile on the Wall of Bharat; verify your claim; process your payment; manage Ambassador referrals and rewards; send you important service updates; and — with your consent at claim time — feature your wall profile on our official Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages as a reel or post after your profile is successfully verified.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or process your card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Your name, company, designation, bio, photo, logo, and links are displayed publicly on your founder profile page and on the Wall. This is the purpose of the service — your profile is a public, permanent recognition of your place on the Wall of Indian entrepreneurship. Please do not submit information you wish to keep private.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your in-progress claim, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work as expected.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Wall of Bharat (such as our hosting, database, email, and payment providers), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Wall of Bharat, our users, or the public.

We retain your profile information as long as your square remains part of the Wall of Bharat — this is a permanent, lifetime recognition. If you ask us to remove your profile, we will review and honour genuine removal requests. Payment and referral records are retained as required for legal, tax, and financial audit purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also update your public profile details from your Dashboard.

The Wall of Bharat is intended for founders aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
