By accessing the Wall of Bharath website, claiming a square, or using any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to claim a square, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You represent that all information you submit — including your name, company, designation, bio, and contact links — is accurate and truthful. You must own the rights to any photo, logo, or other content you upload or link to your profile.

Claiming a square is a one-time payment of ₹99. This is a one-time fee — there are no recurring charges. Your square is reserved only after your payment is successfully verified. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay via UPI, cards, or netbanking. Wall of Bharat does not store your card or UPI details. Please double-check your square number before paying — square numbers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your payment is verified, your profile enters a verification review. Our team verifies that the information provided is authentic. Approved profiles go live on the Wall; profiles that fail verification may be rejected with a reason. The Wall of Bharat team reserves the right to approve or reject any listing at its sole discretion. We aim to complete verification within 24 hours of receiving your profile.

By claiming a square and submitting your profile, you grant Wall of Bharat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase your wall profile — including your name, company, photo, logo, and story — on our official Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages. After your wall is successfully verified, we may feature it as a reel or post on these platforms for promotional purposes. This helps us celebrate your achievement and grow the Wall of Bharat community. We will always tag your profile wherever possible.

Brand Ambassadors earn rewards for referring founders whose profiles are approved. Reward amounts are disclosed on the Ambassadors page and Dashboard. Rewards are payable only for genuine, unique referrals that complete a successful claim and verification. Wall of Bharat may withhold rewards in cases of fraud, duplicate claims, or misuse.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Wall of Bharat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and publicly showcase that content on the Wall of Bharat website and its official social media channels. You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not use the Wall of Bharat service to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person or entity; upload offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content; attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the website; claim squares in bulk for resale; or otherwise misuse the platform in any way. Violations may result in rejection or removal of your profile without a refund.

Because paying for a square reserves a unique, permanent spot on the Wall, payments are non-refundable once a successful claim is made. If a technical error causes a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us and we will review and rectify genuine errors promptly.

The Wall of Bharat service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall of Bharat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to claim your square.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
